Assurance & Governance
Which cross-application problems need an accountable decision — and were they closed on evidence? — governance exceptions with their evidence, risk assessments, decisions, the obligations they assign, the actions taken, verification and closure; and the materiality rules that decide what reaches governance at all.
Its central question:
Of everything going wrong across the network, what needs someone accountable to decide — and can we show it was dealt with?
It is a member of the Work & Supply network and deliberately selective: it receives delivery delays, invoice match exceptions, overdue component life, warranty decisions and supplier issues, evaluates every one against its materiality rules, records the evaluation, and opens an exception only when a rule says the event is material. Routine operational problems stay in their own application. An obligation that concerns a work order reaches Work Management as a dependency on it.
